THE COORDINATOR
Ardigo is responsible for managing the project as a whole. Therefore, it takes care of: arranging the tools needed for the monitoring and financial reporting, preparing the how’s and where’s for communicating about the organizational issues at a distance, communicating with the Agenzia nazionale and presenting reports to them. Concerning the activity sphere, ARDIGÒ will be in charge of hosting the activity nr 1 and the first of two Sperimentazione Gemellata via e-Twinning activities.
Is specifically responsible for the project’s evaluation and monitoring. The organisation will draft an approximately 20-page long Handbook during the project’s start-up phase, as well as a series of tools which allow to implement the monitoring strategy and the internal and external evaluation (on behalf of the target group). Instead, for the activity part, TUCEP oversees the organization of the WEBINAR and of Italy’s virtual mobilities. In addition, TUCEP is responsible for the project’s logo and for, at the end of the activities, the production and release of participant certificates.
The EF Castro partner school is characterized by the use of innovative teaching methodologies applied to a highly diverse student population marked by a high level of multiculturalism.will be responsible for Hosting activity nr 2 and responsible for the second xperimentation activity Twinned through e-twinning.
The Portuguese Partner Dialogue and Diversity is specifically responsible for the project’s Dissemination Strategy and for the project branding. With regards to the activities, D.D. watches over the organisation of the WEBINAR and the virtual mobilities in Portugal and is responsible for the Design Thinking workshop.
